Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Place of Employment: SOUTH OZONE PARK, NY  

Oversee all aspects of operations, including self-parking, and valet services, overseeing a team to ensure profitability, performance, and customer service levels are achieved in all aspects of variable operations and fixed operations; prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Formulate and approve price policies, discounts, and seasonal parking fee campaigns, targeting holidays and other special days or events to ensure increase in customer base, required competive level, cost recovery, and profitability expected by the company.

 

Education: High School Diploma 

Experience: 24 Months Experience in job offered OR 24 months experience in any job as an Operations Manager or General Manager  

Special requirements: Experience to include 12 months experience in any job which involved the supervision of more than 3 employees at any one time
