Please arrive at the ARB PARKING® (JFK) lot at least 20 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. The TSA recommends that travelers arrive at their departure terminals at least 2 hours before their scheduled flight time. ARB PARKING® (JFK) is not responsible for missed flights. Please arrive early and give yourself plenty of time for security, check-in, and travel to the terminal.

When you pull into our lot, an ARB PARKING® (JFK) team member will greet you and process a parking ticket for you. You will be asked for your name, reservation number, return date/time, and your airline. The ARB PARKING® (JFK) associate will provide you with a claim ticket and a phone number to call upon your return to the airport. *Upon returning, please call us only AFTER retrieving your luggage.*

The ARB PARKING® (JFK) location is conveniently close to the airport terminal, and the trip usually takes about 5 minutes on our shuttle. Shuttles leave for the airport terminals every few minutes and deliver you right to the departure level of your airline.

After you have been checked in by an ARB PARKING® (JFK) team member, you will be taken to your terminal by our shuttles. The trip usually takes about 5 minutes. Please be sure to inform the shuttle driver which terminal and airline you need to be dropped off at, so they can plan the fastest route. Shuttles are limited in size to approximately 12 passengers and luggage. Shuttles leave for the airport terminals every few minutes and deliver you right to the departure level of your airline.

Only AFTER you have retrieved your luggage, please call 718-480-6663 and request a pickup. Please confirm your terminal number when disembarking your plane. This phone number is also located on the ARB PARKING® ticket you were given at check-in. The cashier will ask for your ticket number so your car can be pulled into our "Ready Zone." When you call us, the dispatcher will confirm where you will meet the shuttle.

Payment is made at the time of check-in when you drop off your vehicle. We accept all types of Credit/Debit Cards and CASH.

ARB PARKING® honors a 3-hour grace period (after the 24-hour day) before charging for subsequent days. This applies only to reservations made directly with ARB PARKING® and not through a third-party website. Regardless of your reservation, your fee is based on the actual time parked in the lot. For example, if a guest checks in on Monday at 10:00 AM and is scheduled to leave on Thursday at 2:30 PM, they will only be charged for 3 days. If the guest arrives to pick up their vehicle on Thursday at 3:30 PM, they will then be charged for a 4th day.
