Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using arbpark.com and booking a parking reservation with ARB PARKINGĀ®, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Reservations and Pricing
All parking rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis. When you book directly with us, we honor a 3-hour grace period after your 24-hour day ends before charging for an additional day. This grace period does not apply to reservations made through third-party providers. Pre-paid Early Bird specials require advance credit card payment, whereas standard reservations may not.
2. Liability and Vehicle Damage
- Personal Belongings: ARB PARKINGĀ® is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before leaving your car with us.
- Vehicle Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, windshield cracks, or acts of God (weather-related damages). Any claims for damage must be reported to the lot manager before the vehicle leaves our facility.
3. Shuttle Service and Flights
While we provide frequent shuttle services (every 10-15 minutes), ARB PARKINGĀ® is not responsible for missed flights. The TSA recommends arriving at your departure terminal at least 2 hours before your flight. We strongly advise arriving at our parking lot at least 20 minutes before you wish to be at your terminal.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Reservations can be canceled prior to your scheduled arrival time. Refunds for pre-paid reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. If you return earlier than your scheduled departure, no refunds will be issued for unused days unless previously agreed upon by management.
